Interpretation
The "Website" means www.plmjobs.com.
The "Company" means Nooey Ltd.
"Services" means the services to be provided by the Company to the Client
"Client" means any person, firm or company for whom the Company provides the Services.
"Content" means any information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on or contained within the Website.
"Material" means any information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code which the Client publishes on the Website.
"Job Advertiser" means the company or person advertising its jobs on the Website.
"Job Posting" means an individual job advertisement listed on the Website.
Your access to and use of the plmjobs.com Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Website is run by Nooey Ltd, a Company registered in England & Wales No. 05900426 with VAT registration No. 928 2675 92. By continuing to use the Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Website
The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.
Payments
Jobseeking services on the website are free to use.
Fees for job advertisements are set out in the "Recruiter Information" section of the Website and may be updated by us from time to time.
Quoted prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). Where applicable, VAT will be added to invoices. All invoices are payable within 14 days from invoice date. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 3% above the base rate of the Bank of England.
Credit card payments made through the Website are powered by the secure transaction environment of "WorldPay", part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. By submitting card payment details to us you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the chargeable services using such payment details. If we do not receive payment authorisation or if payment is not valid, or if any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any chargeable services.
The Company requires payment by credit card prior to submitting an advertisement unless otherwise agreed in advance. Invoice accounts are subject to approval.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Nooey Ltd. No refunds will be given for Job Postings deleted by the Job Advertiser in advance of the advertisement expiry date (job advertisements are valid for 30 days from date of listing).

Termination
The Client may terminate their registration with the Website at anytime. To unsubscribe notify us by sending an email to info@plmjobs.com. We do not charge termination or cancellation charges. However Job Advertisers will be required to pay any outstanding debts owing to the Company within 30 days.
The Company may terminate the provision of Services if:
- a Client is in material breach of these Terms and Conditions and has not remedied such breach within ten days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied; or
- a Job Advertiser becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.
Changes
The Company may delete any advertisements content from the Website or refuse to post any advertisements to the Website for any reason whatsoever including if:
- the content of such an advertisements is not consistent with the website's reasonable advertising standards from time to time in effect; or
- is likely to breach any applicable law or regulation; or
- the Job Advertiser has breached or threatened to breach the terms of this agreement; or
- the content of any advertisements is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The Company reserves the right to:
Move, change the position of, or reduce or increase the size of any advertising content on the Website at any time if necessary or desirable for organisational or presentational reasons.
Job Postings
Job Postings are to be entered online by the Job Advertiser.
Job Postings can be modified at any time during the duration of the job listing.
Job Postings may not contain the details of more than one single vacancy.
In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer accepts that plmjobs.com is an advertising medium and Nooey Ltd cannot guarantee a particular level of response to adverts.
Links to Third Party Websites
The Website may include links to third party Websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other Websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites or for any damage or loss caused by visiting any third party.
Liability and Indemnity
The Company accepts no liability for the completeness or accuracy of any Content available on the Website. All conditions, warranties and obligations implied by statute, common law or otherwise in any liabilities arising there from are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence or as expressly provided in these Terms, the Company shall not be liable to the Client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent) or any implied warranty, condition or other term or any duty at common law or under these Terms for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Website or its use by the Client.
The Company expressly excludes all responsibility and shall not be liable in respect of material which may be accessed through hypertext or other computer links from the Website.
The Client agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Company, their employees and agents from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including legal fees) resulting in any way from its use of the Website, the Content and from any Material.
The Client acknowledges that the limitations and exclusions of the obligations and liabilities of the Company set out herein are reasonable and reflected in the charges payable to the Company hereunder and shall accept risk and/or insure accordingly.
Service Availability
We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.
Privacy
The use of the Website by the Client is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy and by registering with the Company the Client consents to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Copyright
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to Nooey Ltd or its 3rd party suppliers.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Company reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website.
