Summary

Global Manufacturer is currently hiring a Teamcenter Systems Engineer to join their Swiss-based team. In this innovative environment, the PLM System Engineer will be responsible for the IT development, administration and support of the Company’s Teamcenter platform, and will work closely with the PLM Competence Centre on implementing new data management solutions and PLM processes based on Teamcenter Unified Architecture. English language skills required.

Job responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Implementation, configuration and operation of the global PLM platform
• Supporting and configuring CAD/ERP interfaces, working closely with the CAD / PLM support team.
• Administration of the system (User and access rights, license monitoring)
• Providing 2nd level PLM support for global locations (Europe, USA, Asia)
• Maintenance of system and end-user documentation

Experience Required

Required experience includes:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working with PLM / PDM applications
• Solid knowledge of Teamcenter Unified Architecture
• Strong communication skills to enable you to work with various departments (IT, R&D, Operations….)
• Good understanding of complex PLM processes and methodologies
• Ability to work independently, with little direction and under own initiative
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
