Summary

International Company with strong portfolio of Clients has an opening for a Manager in their PLM group, which sits within their SCM practice. The PLM group is focused on understanding how their Clients introduce new products and services and how they should be managed throughout their lifecycle. Typical process areas they concentrate on include: Portfolio and Program Management, Requirements Management, Part/BOM/CAx Data Management, Engineering Change Management, Component and Supplier Management, Collaborative Design, Collaborative Manufacturing, and Supplier Integration.

As a PLM Manager you will work on big Transformation projects and will be expected to engage with Clients at all stages of the lifecycle in PLM such as opening the Clients eyes to PLM, providing value targeting to understand the process by which the Customer launches, refreshes and retires their products, build the financial business case, etc. The PLM Manager needs to engage in business driven analysis, grow alignment from Stakeholders, be able to build relationships, organize and build the business case, and size, structure and organize significant system delivery projects to deploy PLM and understand capability drops.
