CNC Programmer
Define, develop and incorporate NC programs utilizing CATIA, VERICUT, and other CAD/CAM programs for profiling complex structural core materials and sub-assemblies, including related documentation and CAD-generated technical illustrations. Maintain accurate NC program, process, and tooling records for production programs in compliance with customer and company. This position is responsible for defining and implementing innovative 5-axis profiling routines that are effective and efficient for new and revised core products.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to work with all levels of the organization. Additionally, excellent problem solving and mathematical skills are necessary for the position.
The successful candidate will have a BS degree in Engineering, science, or math. Five years strong experience in manufacturing/programming operations preferred. Solid PC and CAD skills along with CATIA experience are required. Vericut and post processor development is strongly desired
