Job Description

Company is a large Product Data Management (PDM), Computer Aided Design (CAD), and Engineering Solutions company. They are already an industry leader and continue to experience rapid growth. Company seeks a Business Development Manager. This position offers the competitive advantage of working for a well known company within this market.

As a business development manager, the primary responsibility is to develop new client relationships in the assigned territory while growing existing relationships with assigned clients. Position involves selling engineering solutions to manufacturing clients to improve their product development processes and address manufacturing needs.

Will develop a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve quota.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be responsible for business development through phone calls to prospective clients, account calls, demonstrations, and marketing techniques.

Will need to be able to consult with clients and understand their business processes to present a customized technology solution for each client. Solution may consist of engineering products, implementation, and training.

Build relationships with prospective and existing client managers as well as key executives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Seeking a consistent top sales performer
At least 2-4 years of selling experience in a technical field.
Excellent customer facing skills including good presentation skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
4-year college degree or equivalent
