We need a key Account Manager to define and implement strategic plans to drive sales of the multiple Dassaults brands of PLM software solutions into major named Aerospace accounts. Job responsibilities
-Coordinates internal DS resource to ensure their efforts support and are aligned with the account plan for assigned customers -Prospects within assigned Aerospace customers -Establishes and develops trustful relationships with customer executives at all levels -Defines a strategic sales plan for the customer in alignment with long term customer strategy -Initiates sales activities in line with the strategy, in an organized way, for all DS pertinent brands -Negotiates and closes PLM deals for software and services -Contributes to the DS solution definition for the customer -Provides and coordinates post-sales support. -Assures a high level of quality and customer satisfaction -Maintains updated account plans & informs on account management (forecasts, activity reports, needs, opportunities …) -Leverages organizational resources & ecosystem Experience Required
-Global PLM solution expertise required (Dassault Systemes PLM software highly preferred) -Bachelor’s degree preferred Qualifications Required
Strong knowledge of the Aerospace industry market segment -Customer value driven -Large account sales expertise -Negotiating skills (including contracts) -Top management interaction capabilities -Customer trust building -Strong teaming, communications, and organizational skills -Consistent track record of successful sales shown by the global performance of complex solutions into large accounts
