Summary

The Product Innovation / PLM Practice of this Fortune 500 Company is responsible for delivering product development strategies, best practice methodologies, enabling technology solutions, and change management programs focused on helping improve a Company’s product development operation. Typical process areas include:

• Product Development Strategy
• Product Portfolio Management
• Product Optimization
• Product Cost Management
• New Product Introduction
• Innovation Process

Responsibilities may include:
• Working closely with business to understand as-is processes
• Gathering and validating business requirements for PLM
• Developing PLM functional designs that address business requirements
• Creating and maintaining user acceptance scripts
Required experience includes:
• Product development process experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG), Retail or Apparel Industries
• Prior track record in analyzing business challenges, and planning / delivering PLM solutions within these Industries
• PLM implementation experience with at least one PLM application: SAP PLM, MatrixOne, Windchill, AgilePLM (Oracle), Teamcenter
• Experience implementing solutions in the following PLM disciplines:

o Engineering change management,
o AML/ Part / Document management
o BOM management
o CAD data management (focus on Electrical CAD)
o Supplier integration
o Component management

The Company is looking for Professionals able to plan and execute PLM Program Deployments, with strong interpersonal skills that can interact, influence and convince up to a Senior Director level. International language / culture skills and prior experience working in a Fortune 250 environment is beneficial.
