Summary

Integware, a Fort Collins based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software company, is currently hiring various levels Java Software Engineers to join our R&D and Operations development teams.

Job Description

Candidates will help deliver powerful and exciting PLM software solutions to product engineering and manufacturing customers. Engineers will analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. They will consult with other engineers on staff to evaluate operational and performance requirements of overall system and will be engaged in software development, bug fixing and customer specification application development (i.e. the full software development lifecycle).

Experience Required

Required Skills:
• No less than 2-4 years development with Java; we seek entry to architect level Java developers
• Prior experience working with JSP, J2EE
• 2+ years software development including: requirements analysis, functional specifications, design specifications, OO implementation, testing, validation, installation.
• Experience with customer interfacing.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle and best practices methodologies.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS or related discipline.

Additional Desired Skills:
• Prior PLM experience is highly sought
• MatrixOne PLM platform or Enterprise Software (SAP)
Technical experience a plus in any of the following platforms: Windows, Unix, Eclipse, WebLogic, Oracle.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Motivated self-starting professional with high integrity, honesty and self confidence.
• Understanding of product development (within medical device is a major plus).
• Strong team, interpersonal and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experienced in working with complex systems in various customer environments.
